We are delighted that you have chosen to use our website, Please take the time to read these our conditions carefully. They set out the terms under which the Outdoor Human website (www.outdoorhuman.co.uk) is made available to you and supplies your order. By accessing the Outdoor Human website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Conditions of use
We operate this site for the purpose of advertising our products and services and to help direct your (“you” or “Your”) use of the website which we (“Outdoor Human”) operate from the domain "www.outdoorhuman.co.uk”. By using this site, you signify your acceptance of these conditions in return for which we will provide you with access. From time to time we may modify the conditions so please continue to review these terms of condition whenever accessing or using this site. If at any time you do not wish to accept these conditions then your only option is to stop using this site.

The Contract
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (Outdoor Human) and you, (the customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and despatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by Outdoor Human of your order. In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full.

Payment & Validation Checks
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Your cards will be charged at the time of order subject to stock availability. All credit / charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise your payment, we cannot be held liable for any delay of your order.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Outdoor Human will validate names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process. If needed we may need to contact you to verify details before we can process and dispatch your order. In a certain circumstances we may not be able process your order unless we have verified your details.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling, other currencies are available and payments will be converted to the Purchaser’s currency (where appropriate) during the order process. The purchaser has the ability to choose their currency preference during the order stage. Rates at which the card issuer converts funds may vary in line with currency markets on a daily basis.
These payment and validation checks are in place as extra protection for you to ensure your online shopping experience is as safe and secure as possible.

Alternative Payment Methods.
We accept Cheques or bank transfers for payment of goods. No products will be despatched until funds have cleared through these payment methods.

It is your responsibility (the customer) to ensure all the details you have provided are accurate. We cannot be held responsible due to incorrect details entered during the order process. All orders will receive an email confirming the order details, payment and delivery.
All orders are accepted subject to stock availability. If any goods ordered are out of stock the customer will be advised and given the option to either cancel, accept an alternative or keep their order on whilst new stock arrives from the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability
This Website is provided "as is". We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of the website we cannot guarantee its accuracy, or that it is complete or error-free. You acknowledge that your use of this site and its Content is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with this site, its Content or these conditions then your only remedy is to discontinue use of the site.
Save for liability which we cannot by law restrict or exclude, we shall have no liability to you or any third party for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, exemplary or lost profits, or any other damages of any kind whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), delivery or otherwise, even where we have been advised of the possibility of the same.
We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or costs incurred by the customer or any other party arising out of or in connection with the provision, or non-provision, of any goods under these terms & conditions. Notwithstanding the above OutdoorHuman’s liability for loss or damage shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the goods.
Although we shall take reasonable steps to prevent the introduction of viruses, we do not warrant that any information or other Content accessible via our Site is free of viruses, trojan horses or other harmful matter, nor that our Site will be error free.

This site and all materials, whether text, code, content, software, videos, music, sound, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, photographs, formats, files, graphics, devices and links contained in it or linked to it (together “Content”) are protected by copyright, trade marks and other rights of intellectual property owned by us or licensed to us. Anyone accessing this site is entitled to view any part of it. However, the Content must not be used nor reproduced (in whole or part) for any other purpose including on or in connection with another website or publication or for direct commercial gain. Any links to this site must be notified to and approved by us before they are created or steps are taken to create the same. All Product and company names contained on this Web site may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of the respective owners.

No Reliance
Whilst we take steps to ensure the accuracy of the information accessed via this site, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to its accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material appearing on it.

Colours, Specifications, Weights & Sizes
Representations of colour online are as accurate as our photographic and electronic processes will allow. Please note that colour online can also be affected by the calibrations of different output devices. We reserve the right to alter any product specifications without prior notice.  
All weights, sizes, colours are supplied as a guide only and are approximate.

Guarantee
All products supplied by Outdoor Human carry a manufacturers guarentee. The details of your guarantee details for each manufacturer will be located within your packaging. In the unlikely event of a product problem please retain your invoice from Outdoor Human in a safe place as you may be asked by the manufacturer for proof of purchase when making any claim against your product.
Each manufacturers guarantee is different so follow their instructions carefully and ensure you register your product with the manufacturer of your product. In the event of a claim speak to us first for guidance on the best procedure.
None of our terms affect your manufacturers guarantee.

Risk and Title
Once your goods/order has been delivered Title and responsibility/risk for the goods pass to you the customer. Full title will not pass to the customer if we have not received Full payment for the goods. In this instance goods must be returned straight away and we recommend using a Royal Mail Signed for Service to return the product in a safe and insured manner.
When goods are delivered they will contain your invoice and special instructions. These are important documents and should be kept safely as they are your proof to us and the manufacturer of your purchase. Please read the documents enclosed as they form part of our terms and conditions and must be followed before using your products. This will ensure in the unlikely event of problems with the products you are aware of the steps to be taken.

Delivery
Delivery of your Goods will be made by one of our nominated carriers to the address stated at the time of order. Our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our or carrier negligence or a manufacturing fault will cease upon delivery.
Everything will be done in our capacity to meet the delivery date we have quoted. Most deliveries usually take place between 3 and 7 days from order. Depending on the delivery service chosen and paid for by the customer. If the goods when ordered are out of stock with the manufacturer we will in 30 days if still not available contact the customer and offer a full credit or alternative product at no extra cost.
We cannot be held responsible if incorrect data was entered at the time of order making delivery late or aborted due to the wrong information. I.e. address or house number. We recommend always providing us with special instructions to find your address. We are not responsible for carrier’s deliveries or services as these are outside our guarantees.
We always recommend that someone is available to take delivery of your order. If no one is available the Carriers will always leave a card to say the have tried to make a delivery to your address and provide a contact number for you to call and arrange collection or re delivery.

Returns
100% satisfaction is our aim every time you shop with us. In the unlikely event that you have to return your product we have set out these terms so you have procedures to help direct you, please take the time to read them carefully.

Under the Distance Selling Act you have 7 days from the day after your delivery to cancel your contract. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

Your First Step-Contact us.
Your first step is to contact Outdoor Human on 0845 680 0691 or by email at sales@outdoorhuman.co.uk. Before returning your product.

To Cancel - Costs to you.
We only refund the value of the product purchased which excludes any delivery charges you may have paid on ordering.
Returns incur a £15.00 Admin fee to cover our administration and transaction costs (a copy of these details are available when requested). This cost is a small contribution and doesn’t reflect the true cost we incur if your order is returned to us.

You will also incur the cost of postage to return the product to us this is not refundable.
We recommend insuring your product incase of damage or loss in transit.
Also check with your nominated carrier that you are covered for the full value of the product.

Once we have authorised your product for return must your product within 5 working days. Any returns returned after this timescale will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please note you will have to pay for your order to be returned. 

To Cancel -Your responsibility
The goods must be returned to Outdoorhuman in the condition they were despatched to you.
They must be 100% complete with all the original undamaged packaging and product inventory. The product(s) must be unworn, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
From time to time its possible you may loose or damage contents before returning your product. Under these circumstances please mention this to us before you returning your product. We may be able to obtain replacements from the manufacturers to make the product re saleable or 100% Complete. We will advise you of the cost involved at the time as each case may involve a different cost.
If when we have approved your refund we will refund you within "30 days of the cancellation date".
Please note we may contact you for your credit card details to reimburse your refund. Unless other payment methods are agreed. Return postage is not refundable by us.

Exchanges
If you find you’ve ordered the incorrect product and would like an exchange you must return the product using the same requirements as set out above under the heading “Your Responsibility”. Once the product is received in the required condition we will exchange the product and provide a refund for the difference or charge extra for the difference. The product will also incur a new delivery charge to have your new product re delivered.
Please be aware failure to follow our returns procedures may delay or void your eligibility for an exchange.  In circumstances when a product for exchange is received back damaged beyond repair we cannot provide a refund or credit, and recommend you take the claim up with your carrier. If you require the product delivering back to you we will make a charge to re-deliver. Or you can arrange to collect free of charge.

International Orders (ONLY) are subject to a £25 charge for administration and carrrier costs. Plus you will be responsible for the new carrier costs to ship out your new order.

Faulty goods
Please check your products as soon as they are delivered for any signs of damage. If you find that your product is faulty on arrival then OutdoorHuman will arrange to have replaced it free of charge. Please contact us with details. We will require the customer to return only the faulty item rather than the complete product and packaging supplied. We recommend that you follow the above return procedures under the heading “your responsibility” when returning the product back to us safely. Please ensure that faulty goods are returned back to us within 7days of informing us of the fault.

Non-Faulty Goods
If we receive back products that turn out not to be faulty but a customer fault i.e. the customer has not pressed the right button to operate the product, the customer will be informed and charged to return the product back to them and no credit will be issued.

Refund for Faulty Goods
If you require a refund for faulty goods you must follow our returns procedure under the header “your responsibility” to return the product. Damaged or incomplete returns (for faulty products requiring a refund) will void a refund. Postage for returns in not refunded.

Faulty Returns Time Limit
Only goods that are reported faulty within 30 days to Outdoor Human can be replaced or refunded. After this period claims are made to the Manufacturer from their guarantee. Manufactures will provide us with a credit or replacement at their discretion. We will inform you of their decision as soon as we are made aware. No consequential loss during this time without the product is the liability or responsibility of OutdoorHuman.  

Credits
Once approved and authorised all credits will be issued within 30days of the return/exchange/cancellation notification date. We may call you to request your credit card details to reimburse your credit. Unless other payment methods have been agreed.

No Stock Availability
When a product show zero stock please contact before ordering. Do not order as your account will  be debited if you place an order. If you place an order with zero stock your order will be refunded where the product is no longer available.

Manufacturers – Guarantee & Repair Requests.
Certain manufacturers request that all guarantee and faults are dealt with them direct with the customer. In these instances the customer will be informed at the time of reporting the problem to Outdoor Human.

Advice
We always provide Product & technical advice and support by email or by telephone free of charge for the customer upon receipt of their proof of purchase (Invoice Number or confirmation of personal details held against the order to identify you and your product). We reserve the right to withdraw from this service at our discretion without prior notification. This service is provided on a reasonable time limit basis to each customer.

Links to this website
If you would like to link to the Website, you must have our agreement before doing so. A copy of our website link conditions can be requested from our head office. If links are created without our express consent then by doing so you, your company or employees, contractors or subcontractors shall by doing this indemnify us fully for any loss or damage suffered by us or any of our associate companies where you are in breach of the above permission to link to our Website.

It is therefore your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions and the website contents thoroughly on a regular basis to establish if amendments have been made. We have no obligation to maintain this website in full or part on an on going basis if we wish not to do so. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, and for any reason unenforceable, then they shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
