- Our price match promise excludes refurbished, graded and clearance products, and must be genuine products.
- To enable us to verify the offer and validate your claim, you must provide the website address and any relevant documentation to support your claim. The deal in question must be clearly visible on the website.
- Our price match promise only applies to legitimate, UK registered online retailers.
- The product must be the same specification and model.
- The products must be available for delivery within 7 days.
It is not always possible to beat the deal you have been offered. Other companies may make it more difficult for you to price match by selling unofficial products shipped in from outside the UK or refurbished/damaged goods.
