What do you think? How did i go the gym without this! It makes so much difference to loggiong your workout more accurate than the gym equipment! The only issue i have had is the constant bleeping from the watch as i go way over the recommended heart rate! technically that is my fault and i should say within the guideline heart rate (i'm just a little impatient). The software that you can download on Polar's website is pretty neat too and offers the facility to doenload all your data and analyise a littel easier on your pC. All in all a great buy. Oh yeah i bought the foot pad too, just to complete the pack. Gives even greater info! stays in place easily too, as long as you have traditional laces on your gym trainers!
