Delivery and Payment

Delivery

For all UK mainland orders:

Delivery is £3.99 per order regardless of how much ordered.
Bike Delivery Orders are £18.99 These orders are delivered by our own vehicles

Your order will normally be delivered between 3 and 6 working days from receipt of your order.
International orders take longer depending on the country we need to deliver to. 
If you would like this sooner please call us with your order and we can arrange a quicker delivery. 

Any orders placed over a weekend will be processed on a Monday morning.

Please ensure that you’ve entered the correct card details with a verifiable delivery address or your order could
be delayed. 

Your delivery will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure there is someone available to receive and sign for your goods before ordering.  If there is no one to receive your order, The Royal Mail or nominated carrier should leave a card informing you of an attempted delivery and will retain the goods for 7 days at your local sorting office ready collection or re-delivery by prior arrangement.

You can track your order on line at the following address. http://www.royalmail.com. The Track and Trace facility can be found on the home page. You will need to enter your 13-digit code we send you via email. This Tracking service is not used for International orders.

International Orders.
We can deliver internationally and would ask you request a quotation for delivery costs and estimated delivery time from our sales department at sales@outdoorhuman.co.uk prior to ordering. 

Payment

Your Security
All of our transactions are processed by Streamline who are part of the "Royal Bank of Scotland" (RBS).
As a merchant of Streamline we are thoroughly vetted by RBS before our account is authorised to process customer payments. From time to time we are inspected by RBS to ensure our systems and security are up to date and meet their required standards.

UK Orders:

By Credit Card
For on line orders we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Electron or Switch. Your credit card statement will show outdoorhuman.co.uk as the payee.

By Cheque
If you would like to pay by cheque then please make it payable to "Outdoorhuman Limited" and send it to the address below along with your full order details. Please remember to add the shipping charge of £3.99 to the order value. If your unsure please don’t hesitate to contact us on 0845 680 0691, or email sales@outdoorhuman.co.uk. Please allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear.

Returns

100% satisfaction is our aim every time you shop with us. In the unlikely event that you have to return your product we have set out these terms so you have procedures to help direct you, please take the time to read them carefully.

Under the Distance Selling Act you have 7 days from the day after your delivery to cancel your contract. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

Your First Step-Contact us.
Your first step is to contact Outdoor Human on 0845 680 0691 or by email at sales@outdoorhuman.co.uk. Before returning your product.

To Cancel - Costs to you.
We only refund the value of the product purchased which excludes any delivery charges you may have paid on ordering.
Returns incur a £15.00 Admin fee to cover our administration and transaction costs (a copy of these details are available when requested) This cost is a small contribution and doesn’t reflect the true cost we incur if your order is returned to us.
You will also incur the cost of postage to return the product to us this is not refundable.
We recommend insuring your product incase of damage or loss in transit. Also check with your nominated carrier that you are covered for the full value of the product.
Once we have authorised your product for return must your product within 5 working days. Any returns returned after this timescale will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please note you will have to pay for your order to be returned. 

To Cancel -Your responsibility
The goods must be returned to OutdoorHuman in the condition they were despatched to you.
They must be 100% complete with all the original undamaged packaging and product inventory. The product(s) must be unworn, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
From time to time its possible you may loose or damage contents before returning your product. Under these circumstances please mention this to us before you returning your product. We may be able to obtain replacements from the manufacturers to make the product re saleable or 100% Complete. We will advise you of the cost involved at the time as each case may involve a different cost.
If when we have approved your refund we will refund you within "30 days of the cancellation date". Please note we may contact you for your credit card details to reimburse your refund. Unless other payment methods are agreed. Return postage is not refundable by us.

Exchanges
If you find you’ve ordered the incorrect product and would like an exchange you must return the product using the same requirements as set out above under the heading “Your Responsibility”. Once the product is received in the required condition we will exchange the product and provide a refund for the difference or charge extra for the difference. The product will also incur a new delivery charge to have your new product re delivered.
Please be aware failure to follow our returns procedures may delay or void your eligibility for an exchange.  In circumstances when a product for exchange is received back damaged beyond repair we cannot provide a refund or credit, and recommend you take the claim up with your carrier. If you require the product delivering back to you we will make a charge to re-deliver. Or you can arrange to collect free of charge.
In certain circumstances we will inform you of any charges that have been incurred as a result of an Exchange before you return your goods. For International orders please see our terms page.  

Faulty goods
Please check your products as soon as they are delivered for any signs of damage. If you find that your product is faulty on arrival then Outdoor Human will arrange to have replaced it free of charge. Please contact us with details. We will require the customer to return only the faulty item rather than the complete product and packaging supplied. We recommend that you follow the above return procedures under the heading “your responsibility” when returning the product back to us safely. Please ensure that faulty goods are returned back to us within 7days of informing us of the fault.

Non-Faulty Goods
If we receive back products that turn out not to be faulty but a customer fault i.e. the customer has not pressed the right button to operate the product, the customer will be informed and charged to return the product back to them and no credit will be issued.

Refund for Faulty Goods
If you require a refund for faulty goods you must follow our returns procedure under the header “your responsibility” to return the product. Damaged or incomplete returns (for faulty products requiring a refund) will void a refund. Postage for returns in not refunded.

Faulty Returns Time Limit
Only goods that are reported faulty within 30 days to Outdoor Human can be replaced or refunded. After this period claims are made to the Manufacturer from their guarantee. Manufactures will provide us with a credit or replacement at their discretion. We will inform you of their decision as soon as we are made aware. No consequential loss during this time without the product is the liability or responsibility of OutdoorHuman.  

Credits
Once approved and authorised all credits will be issued within 30days of the return/exchange/cancellation notification date. We may call you to request your credit card details to reimburse your credit. Unless other payment methods have been agreed.

Manufacturers – Guarantee & Repair Requests.
Certain manufacturers request that all guarantee and faults are dealt with them direct with the customer. In these instances the customer will be informed at the time of reporting the problem to Outdoor Human.
